We are sorry this customer is unhappy We had provided her with multiple estimates for multiple items in need of repair over the past years with no response from her When we proposed replacing the skylight, it was clearly stated on the work order that we would be changing the skylight
to the proper curb mount type It was almost year later the customer called to go ahead with the original leak repair and skylight replacement only, nothing more No mention of wanting to replace the roof or perform any further inspection or additional work.After work was complete, we attempted multiple times to collect payment, via phone, mail and e-mail with not response for months Not until we placed a lien for non-payment did customer decide to contact us concerning laundry room still leaking, at which time we offered to go back out and reassess the leak at no charge.This offer still stands or if customer prefers, we will apply amount paid toward a new roof
