Again this business fails to accept responsibility for their advertisement and post blame on the customerAttached is a screenshot from their product description on *** which they so conveniently left outYou will see that the text states that the kit includes "X" amount and part#When searching for these part numbers only Moog will come upThey then try to sell you a fabricated and dishonest gesture that Federal-Mogul Motor-parts corporation "Moog" part numbers are used by other "oe" companies to list as or describe their own product This is the furthest from the truth and I have included as many screenshots as this would allow me to do so that this is not true and these other "OE" companies have their own part numbers Now by attempting to state "Also under part brand [it] says Mac Auto Parts not Moog" absolutely proves nothing By their own justification alone they are stating they can put whatever they want in that block because I am certain they do not own OE brandThis is advertisement to make a quick dollar by this company by listing USA made trusted parts but giving the customer cheaply made Chinese parts

[Your Answer Here]Please see attached photos of gravel ROADS the truck was not used off road.I drove these ROADS over 70,miles on the original ball joints with no issuesI purchased their ball joints and within miles on a well groomed gravel ROAD their ball joints failed, left me stranded, and caused $2,worth of damageI would of never had damage to to truck if it were not for their productTHIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND I WOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! If those ball joints would of failed minutes later I would of been at highway speeds and most likely not been here to wright this complaint.

This is absolutely pathetic. Again this business try's to work themselves around the issue. To be clear the only screen shot that I took that involved this business was their own product description showing how they use Moog part numbers, the other screen shots are from other sellers on [redacted] to demonstrate that other OE sellers do not use Moog parts as this business suggested in their previous response.  In no way does the screen shots prove or disprove that they sell Moog parts. What is proof is how they use Moog part numbers when telling the customer what they will receive. I could easily backdown and let this go but a simple "sorry" is just not going to cut it. I gave this business the chance to fix this issue between just the two of us and they just brushed me off and challenged me. You should be able to see that considering I have forwarded every single email between myself and this business. This business did not decided to agree to offer my money back until I brought the issue here and to [redacted]. The parts are on the way back to this business but this business needs to be held accountable for their dishonest manipulative business practice. If I ball up a multi million dollar aircraft I do not get a chance to just say sorry for the inconvenience. Accountability is crucial to our society and this business needs to be held accountable.

Review: I purchased two complete sets of front and rear shocks both with 5 year warranty has been 6 months and all shocks are making noise so I contacted the company medallion auto center and hes not making sense. I keep telling him I need replacements for front and rear shock. and he keeps telling me that the company dosnt make the front shocks anymore and too send the rear shocks back for a partial refund . I keep telling him hes not making sense and im just fed up with the games and I don't know what else I can doDesired Settlement: refund my money this is completely unfair

We provided the customer a refund of the front struts he purchased from us because he claimed they where defective, a total of 4 front Struts. We had him keep it. Then he claimed the rear struts he purchased where defective as well, a total of 4 rear struts. We sent him/her [redacted] return labels to get them back so we can issue them a refund but they refused. He/Her wants to keep the parts and have us issue a refund. At this point don't want to sell them any more struts because of the chance he/her will want to return the new struts. The customers demand are to outlandish, we would like him/her send the struts back so we can inspect them and then issue a refund. We can't refund him with out seeing the parts.

Review: I purchased a kit online with upper, and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends.

I installed the (MAC) parts on my vehicle at 179,000 miles. While driving down a smooth dirt road at 179,900miles at a low speed the lower left ball joint broke in half, the upper ball joint failed at the same time. The tire wedged under my vehicle ripping the axel out of the front differential, severing the brake line and causing body damage to my truck.

they told me the product was not under warranty. Then they said it was not covered because I was "off-roading" even though the pictures I provided them with my truck was blocking the road..

their product caused $2500.00 worth of damage to my truck. they told me they would replace the broken "inferior" part. I requested $580.00 from the seller wich is 1/5th of the damage.

And they told me they could not help me any further.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the full damage amount to my truck that their product caused.
