written notification pr probable cause 2) management is refusing to return the security deposit due to false allegations of damages.In my conversation with the resident's sister, she said Ms. [redacted] was asked to vacate without written notification or cause. In response. the resident was asked to vacate because rent was paid late on a habitual basis which violates the lease. the security deposit statement has being processed and mailed to the resident; there are no charges applied for damages. The only charges applied to the security deposit are for cleaning appliances.Her sister states the apartment was left clean and she offered to forward a video they took of the apartment upon vacation. However, the Property Manager states she has photos of the condition of the appliances upon move-out that may contradict the sister's statement. Once I have the video in my possession I will review and compare with the photographs held by the Property Manager.
