Medallion pool did a phenomenal job on our poolIt turned out beautiful! Our yard is small and Russell designed a beautiful pool to fit our needs and wants! They made it so easy! Once construction began, the owner kept us updated throughout the entire processAny issues that came up were quickly addressed and remedied! This is the pool company you want to build your pool! Great service from beginning to end! We cannot wait to enjoy our pool for years to come!

We spent over $7,with Medallion and if I had to do it all over again I would go with someone else They do a great job in the initial response and initial work but once completed and issues arise they are very weak in following up For example, we bought a $pool pump which stopped working After three weeks of call and finally going to the office I could still not get someone out to repair it I finally had them take it out and went with Leslie's who has much better customer service.\r\nWe also had them strip and stain our patio After months fading in various spots started happening and when I called they sent me an email stating it's not part of the warranty and to "Have a nice day."\r\nAgain, take a hard look around before you go with this company.\r\n

While looking for pool companies, I noticed all the great reviews Medallion Pools had received I did not know anyone personally that had used them so I was having to rely on the reviews We spoke with a couple of different pool companies and finally decided that Medallion Pools would be the one I'm so fortunate we made that decision because we could not be any happier They notice all the small stuff that needs to be addressed before you even let them know They communicate all the steps with you and never let you think you've been forgotten on your project It was truly a pleasure to work with their entire team I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Technician created service problem, company will not stand behind the work We used Medallion to build our pool, which turned out amazingThe issue has arose with the weekly service of the pool in the past year since it was built When the pool was built, we were told very firmly that if we chose to balance chemistry or if we use another company to balance it, Medallion would not be responsible for issues that arise from improper mgmt of chems, specifically the issue of scale in the poolAs a result, we decided it best to hire Medallion to do the weekly serviceOur first two technicians did a great job and we had many months of no issuesSince then, they have assigned a new technician and since then, the service has gone down hillA couple of weeks ago, I noticed some white stuff in the pool (flakes) and immediately brought it to their attentionOn the next visit, they determine there is some scale starting to formAt that time, I asked them to send our old technician as he

What a fantastic experience with everybody at Medallion Pools The communication by everybody at every step in the process was amazing Very professional, yet won't talk down to you because you don't know something and the crews they bring in are super fast and top notch If we ever get the chance again, I'll be giving these guys my business for another pool for sure

Tremendous experience with Medallion Pools We like them so much, we kept doing more business with them Wayne was one of several companies to quote our pool remodel It was a big job that involved demolishing faux rock accents/waterfalls and replacing with real rock...including rebuilding two rock waterfalls on our pool They also resurfaced our pool and spa The owner, Wayne, came out and gave us a quote and they were able to get us started shortly after we decided to move forward with them Communication was great throughout and the crew did quality work, cleaned up and remodeled the pool as promised We were so pleased with their work that we hired them to build our outdoor kitchen and arbor Wayne worked through the design with us with software that helped us arrive on layout, furniture, fireplace , concrete and design of the arbor that complied with the stringent city code The drawings helped make the process easy with our HOA and the city Throughout the pool and outdoor living area build, we made several adjustments to the layout, which they easily handled We now have an amazing pool area that we use as much as we possibly can We liked the people and communication so much that we hired them for our pool maintenance Can't recommend Medallion enough
