We are a property management firm that primarily manages Cooperative apartmentsAs standard practice, Coop Boards require applications to be submitted both for potential Sales and SubletsWe as the managing agent must collect all the information for the application and process it along with the
appropriate credit checks in order to present it to the respective Coop BoardThe fees we collect to process these applications are NOT contingent on the application being approved or deniedThe fees are also not contingent upon a real estate agent and/or a potential tenant or buyer changing their mind on whether or not they want to continue with the applicationOnce the fees are submitted they are not refundableThis Sublet application was submitted to our office and process for the Board to reviewRegardless of what the outcome was for the application the fees cannot be returned
