I have checked with MEDICARE each day since last Friday, December 2nd and the claim still doesn't show up in the MEDICARE system I do not want to close this claim until MEDICARE is processing it and I want to make absolutely sure MEDICARE has all the right documentation The statement made by MrK [redacted] is untrue I did not receive multiply letters - only ONE letter in August 18th, which I return via mail August 22nd I called this company and form was not there so I resent with a cover letter on October 31st, CERTIFIED MAIL with the required document and was ignored again by this company Like I said in my original complaint this company ignored all my phone calls with promise to submit the claim and ignored all my letters sent, and even my email to MrK*** Again, I request that this case remain OPEN until MEDICARE is reviewing this case and has what documentation that they need and is making a determination I also don't recall any July 5th phone call with [redacted] *** I am still not sure why this company would never submit our claim, but I have a feeling they have done something illegal as it pertains to over charging us, making us pay all monies upfront - when at first they only wanted half the fee I plan to speak to MEDICARE again with the way this company treated us and file a complaint in writing with MEDICARE once I get this first problem resolved Again, please don't close our case Regards, [redacted] for my husband [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern: We have investigate this complaint and have discovered that the patient account was processed based on incorrect information reported to us The account has been removed from collections and we have reached out to the complainant directly He is aware of our resolution and is satisfied with the outcome IN regards to the voicemails, we will be checking our system as we have no record of any messages being leftPhil K***

I am spoke at length with Ms. [redacted] and the amount due have been written off due to the lack of response from our billing office.  MedCare is a non-profit entity and has significant processes as part of our community service design.  MedCare only responds to physician ordered transports...

and did so in this case.  There is no predatory intent as were are indeed charitable by nature.  The ordering facility relayed incorrect information and thus inflamed the situation to our mutual detriment.  I believe both MedCare and Ms. [redacted] are on positive ground and this case is mutually resolved.
