Arrived 15 minutes late due to rainy day and lots of traffic accidents. Was told I would need to reschedule after fighting horrible traffic and trying to find parking in a crowded parking structure!

I was told I would need to be rescheduled when I checked in. I had to Insist on being seen and was told I could only be seen for a specific condition but not have a check up. I suppose the office thought that was some kind of fair offer.

I currently live outside San Diego, starting a new business up north, and I made an appointment to be seen while I was in town. This exam was important to me as I do not have access to this kind of healthcare where I am living currently in the back country of Yosemite National Park, over an hour away from the closest town.

The attitude of the staff and the policies are not customer service oriented. I was not able to have a complete exam though only 15 minutes late. My time in San Diego was limited with no time to "reschedule" before I was to leave again.

That coupled with the fact that my wife had to wait 1 hour in a cold exam room before the doctor arrived to check on her during her last office visit puts this office beyond the pale for bad service. She was told the reason she waited an hour was due to her being an "add on", which she was not.

My wife already has found a new dermatologist and you can be sure I will as well.
