Review: This is a secure lock was bought and is written and told by the sales person that no one can break throw this lock. That is not true... This lock was key bumped while I was sleeping I hear key, hammer banging at my front door that I had this locked changed to??? there was scratches allover the cylinders and the screws were bent. The Medico man kept saying for the 2nd time you want me to rekey it. He knew before I actually heard the noises at my doorDesired Settlement: Want a refund I need to purchase pick free and Key bumping free, and paid $944.97 for this not to long ago. I have copies of 3 invoices.

Phone # ###-###-#### Dealers name [redacted], Fax Number ###-###-#### March 9, 2015 had 2 Medeco High Security Locks installed in my home. Two times had the cylinders rekeyed, each. [redacted] said you really do not want to do this again, are you sure??? Paid a lot money and the situation still continued. Medeco locks are not BUMP FREE, after all this, then had to change the 2 locks entirely, to feel safe in my home. I feel this is a liability, of the Medeco Security corporation, of false advertisement.

Go onto UTUBE 12 old girl KEY BUMPING with MEDICO Lock. I heard this with my own ears, the same thing as this 12 year old girl is demonstrating on this video. I spent so much money , and feel unsafe in my own home. Please review .... This is not acceptable

Review: I have made multiple attempts to reach resolution with medecco and its authorized dealer I purchased the lock from. I purchased a medecco lock in july 2012 and last month the lock broke and I was trapped inside my condo. This lock has a lifetime warranty. I called the locksmith who installed and they stated that they only cover for a year and I needed to contact medeco after they fixed the lock to be refunded. I needed the locked fixed because I was trapped inside my condo. They came and replaced the lock and charged me 185 dollars to replace the defective parts. I have called medecco several times and emailed and they give no response. Neither the locksmith who is an authorized dealer or medecco the manufacture will stand behind there lifetime warranty. Please resolve the issue. I have copies off both reciepts.Desired Settlement: Refund 185$. I have all reciepts.

Any subsequent installation/service fees would be the consumer's responsibility. From our conversation, Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution.
