Sorry to hear that this merchant is having issues with their credit card processor but they have  the wrong company. We are SecureNet [redacted] NOT SecureNet/[redacted].  Please have them redirect their frustration to the correct company.

We placed a order for $5915.15 worth of products from Medegen on 9-3-14 and were charged the full amount that day. It is 10-3-14, have not received. We placed an order for products from Medegen on 9-3-2014. Our credit card was charged the full amount that day. They have been paid. It is 10-3-2014. We haven't received anything we ordered. We have been told everything was manufactured, including a custom item and shipped. We have not received any shipping information. We have also been told that we are on credit hold even though they charged us the day we placed the order. We were given a name of [redacted] as the person to talk to. Every time I called, it was busy. I have tried many times with the same result. Also the email address for [redacted] came back as undeliverable. He has not returned calls when we called customer service requesting he call us.I called customer service all day on XX-X-XXXX resulting in a recording of (We are having technical difficulties) and the line would disconnect. When I asked customer service today for our representative contact information, I was told the representative couldn't help us and wasn't given their information. The customer service agent told me I would have to talk to [redacted]. I told her the contact information we were given for [redacted] was no good. She told me it was good and she took my contact information, but again we haven't heard from anyone. We feel that we were defrauded out of $5915.15 and need to receive the product we ordered or refund us the full amount they charged us. We have open PO's from customers that are waiting for the products we ordered from Medegen a month ago.Desired SettlementWe want the product we ordered immediately or a complete refund. Also their practice of charging a customer fully before they manufacture or ship the product is unethical. And that is if they are really going to ship the product and not just committing interstate credit card fraud. Business Response [redacted] with Medegen Medical Products responding to the complaint.Medegen has recently gone through an acquisition which had caused a few temporary "glitches" in our ordering and customer servicing systems, particularly as they relate to credit card sales.We have implemented fixes and believe the issues are behind us.Regarding Mr. [redacted]'s order, the product was shipped on Oct 6th, and received on Oct 9th.Our Sales Administration Director has been in contact with Mr. [redacted] to explain the situation.I believe this issue has been satisfactorily concluded.
