Thank you for bringing this to our attentionIt is unfortunate that we had to hear about our lack of accreditation from a customer complaint rather than from your officeI looked at our business profile on the Revdex.com website and it's filled with outdated information about our business, including address and contact informationPlease get in touch with ***@medelita.com at [redacted] to receive new information, should anyone care to update itSince our experience with the local Revdex.com offices has led us to believe that this organization does not adhere to the standards of its initial mission and ours, we have decided to decline accreditation rather than align ourselves with the Revdex.com in any way We take our customers' information and the relationships we have with them extremely seriously and we do not need to pay for an accreditation from the Revdex.com for people to know that.We also take email best practices very seriously and are investigating this issue to determine what might have happened so that it never happens againIn the meantime, we intend to remove the accreditation badge from the website within hours and appreciate the complainant's efforts to alert us to the discrepancyIt's safe to admit that we should have removed the badge long ago given our views, but since we paid for the accreditation in the past, we determined it was at least worth it to keep it on the site until we received notice that we were no longer accredited, which never happenedWe have sent the following email to this customer:Hi [redacted] ,We recently received the following complaint from the Revdex.com:"This company sends unsubscribed emails to me constantly and places an accredited Revdex.com logo on their website without being Revdex.com accreditedMy account settings have always been set for not receiving emails, yet I keep receiving unsolicited emails from this companyThe Revdex.com claims this company is not accredited (A+) and yet the company places a Revdex.com accredited logo (A+) on their websiteI have screenshots of all my claims as proof.?"First, I'd like to thank you for alerting us to the discrepancyAs I have learned, in order to remain accredited by the Revdex.com you must pay an annual fee to a local officeThat alone is how you remain accredited once you've been accredited already in the pastThis policy seems to be the reason why the local office in Los Angeles was shut down (we are in Orange County)Here is the news article explaining the event: http://articles.latimes.com/2013/mar/12/business [redacted] In the aftermath of the shutdown we have felt uneasy about how to proceed given the amount of solicitations we received from offices in Los Angeles and San Diego to pay membership fees and in the meantime we have not received any notice indicating that our business is no longer accreditedAt this point our view is that the organization's most important accreditation standard (the fees they collect) is inherently flawed and unethicalNonetheless, we will be removing this badge from our website as soon our IT team can get to it and we will respond today to the Revdex.com complaint directly with them. That being said, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused youI have personally reached out to our third-party marketing provider to ensure that your email address was permanently erased from any records associated with Medeli [redacted] and you should no longer receive messages from usWe take this sort of thing very seriously, so if you receive another message then please email me at [redacted] and I will make absolutely sure that this never happens again.Again, we regret that this happened and appreciate your patience while we work out these issues.Regards, [redacted] MedelitaWe provide two clear links on every marketing email we send that allow recipients to unsubscribe or opt-down from emailsWe will investigate further and determine if it's necessary to add more links or make these more clearAttached you will find a screenshot of the final step in the unsubscribe process, and this person should no longer receive an emails from us.Again, we take this very seriously and appreciate the complainant's patience while we address this issue.- [redacted]

Revdex.com:I am very pleased with how this company responded to my complaint (ID ***)I appreciate the company's explanation and the action to correct the issues: the Revdex.com accredited logo has been removed from the website and I have not
received unsolicited emails since the complaint was forwarded to the
companyAlso, I have been assured that if for some reason I
receive unsolicited emails from this company in the future, which I can now see will probably never happen again, *** will
correct the problem himselfThe company's response was prompt, thorough and very courteousActually, I am very impressed!
I consider this complaint resolvedThank you!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is unfortunate that we had to hear about our lack of accreditation from a customer complaint rather than from your office. I looked at our business profile on the Revdex.com website and it's filled with outdated information about our business, including...

address and contact information. Please get in touch with [redacted]@medelita.com at 877.987[redacted] to receive new information, should anyone care to update it. Since our experience with the local Revdex.com offices has led us to believe that this organization does not adhere to the standards of its initial mission and ours, we have decided to decline accreditation rather than align ourselves with the Revdex.com in any way.  We take our customers' information and the relationships we have with them extremely seriously and we do not need to pay for an accreditation from the Revdex.com for people to know that.We also take email best practices very seriously and are investigating this issue to determine what might have happened so that it never happens again. In the meantime, we intend to remove the accreditation badge from the website within 24 hours and appreciate the complainant's efforts to alert us to the discrepancy. It's safe to admit that we should have removed the badge long ago given our views, but since we paid for the accreditation in the past, we determined it was at least worth it to keep it on the site until we received notice that we were no longer accredited, which never happened. We have sent the following email to this customer:Hi [redacted],We recently received the following complaint from the Revdex.com:"This company sends unsubscribed emails to me constantly and places an accredited Revdex.com logo on their website without being Revdex.com accredited. My account settings have always been set for not receiving emails, yet I keep receiving unsolicited emails from this company. The Revdex.com claims this company is not accredited (A+) and yet the company places a Revdex.com accredited logo (A+) on their website. I have screenshots of all my claims as proof.?"First, I'd like to thank you for alerting us to the discrepancy. As I have learned, in order to remain accredited by the Revdex.com you must pay an annual fee to a local office. That alone is how you remain accredited once you've been accredited already in the past. This policy seems to be the reason why the local office in Los Angeles was shut down (we are in Orange County). Here is the news article explaining the event: http://articles.latimes.com/2013/mar/12/business[redacted]In the aftermath of the shutdown we have felt uneasy about how to proceed given the amount of solicitations we received from offices in Los Angeles and San Diego to pay membership fees and in the meantime we have not received any notice indicating that our business is no longer accredited. At this point our view is that the organization's most important accreditation standard (the fees they collect) is inherently flawed and unethical. Nonetheless, we will be removing this badge from our website as soon our IT team can get to it and we will respond today to the Revdex.com complaint directly with them. That being said, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I have personally reached out to our third-party marketing provider to ensure that your email address was permanently erased from any records associated with Medeli** and you should no longer receive messages from us. We take this sort of thing very seriously, so if you receive another message then please email me at [redacted] and I will make absolutely sure that this never happens again.Again, we regret that this happened and appreciate your patience while we work out these issues.Regards,[redacted]MedelitaWe provide two clear links on every marketing email we send that allow recipients to unsubscribe or opt-down from emails. We will investigate further and determine if it's necessary to add more links or make these more clear. Attached you will find a screenshot of the final step in the unsubscribe process, and this person should no longer receive an emails from us.Again, we take this very seriously and appreciate the complainant's patience while we address this issue.-[redacted]

Review: This company sends unsubscribed emails to me constantly and places an accredited Revdex.com logo on their website without being Revdex.com accredited. My account settings have always been set for not receiving emails, yet I keep receiving unsolicited emails from this company. The Revdex.com claims this company is not accredited (A+) and yet the company places a Revdex.com accredited logo (A+) on their website. I have screenshots of all my claims as proof.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop sending me unsolicited emails, and take down the falsely advertised Revdex.com accredited logo unless they become accredited with the Revdex.com. Thank you.
