Review: I purchased tagaderm to use with my insulin pump. The product needs to be able to withstand being used for 6 days in water, etc. Other companies that I have used stood by their product. I had to use one to find out that it did not work. Once I found that out, I returned the item. The company accepted the return but would not refund my money because there was one missing. I had to use it to find out it didn't work. Common sense.Desired Settlement: Stand by their product and refund or credit the customer

Review: This company purchased multiple products from us and they were set up on credit terms. They paid on several occasions, however at one point they just stopped paying and responding to our emails and calls. We sent open invoice reports, emails, made calls and left voice mails for multiple employees in the organization, including Moshe who we understand is the owner of the business, and they do not get back to us - which we take as a refusal to pay. We have all of the tracking numbers for all of the goods they purchased from us, that we delivered in good faith and that we expect payment for. $16K+ in payments are pending since 2014 and we are really concerned that Medex Supply operates in such manner and does nothing to pay their obligations with us. We would appreciate any assistance from Revdex.com to resolve this financial matter. Thank you.Desired Settlement: We request payment in full of all of their invoices. Our accounting system shows a total of $16,575.53 that they owe us.

Review: I ordered a nebulizer for my sister from MedEx. I did not realize the product did not have all the components (didn't have a battery so she had no way of using it). My sister is on a fixed income and could not afford the price of the separate components and we didn't realize it was sold without a battery. I returned the nebulizer within a few days of receiving with no defects. I even took pictures of it placed in the box. This was in June. I have not received a refund after writing them several times. I would like my refund so we can use the money to find a product my sister can use.

Review: Ordered a medical device from this company online. they shipped the wrong device to me (wrong part number, they part number delivered did not match the part number oldered, was a shipping error on their part. I orderedModel: 13010 and they sent 13000 ), was very difficult to get them to ship the correct product. Now they are saying that I am responsible for the shipping costs for the item to be returned, even though their Return Policy on the websites that the customer only pays return shipping cost if the return is not a delivery error (this was a delivery error). I have already shipped back the item, and they still have not processed the return yet, even though it has been past the time period stated in their return policy (3-5 days).Desired Settlement: They need to refund my shipping costs and also process my return.

Be very careful with any returns to this company. They post a liberal return policy on their site and you will only see that through the purchase of your order, however they will label the products they sell as "hygienic" with any attempt to return and deny refunds. I was sent a product and contacted them within 12 hours of receipt and they denied my return and refund. If this would have been posted I would have taken that into account before purchase, however they hide this side of their return policy. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and business practices, and would advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs as well.

Review: On September [redacted] I placed a standard order with MedEx Supply for a 50-gallon drum of Alpet Sanitizer that our company uses for sanitizing after compounding produces a product for filling. This is a crucial step in our manufacturing SOP's as we are a FDA regulated pharmaceutical company. After placing this order and requesting expedited shipping, I also contacted the company requesting that it be confirmed that this order would be shipped expedited. This was confirmed on this phone call. After this, I then contacted them two more times within 5 days of the original order to get location and ETA on the order. I was told both times by separate representatives that they would look into this matter and get back to me. Neither ever contacted me back after the original call. I then contacted them on 9/** about this order and was transferred to the Sales Manager, Jinette, because the Customer Service Manager, Sol, was not at work at that time. Jinette made several promises, including sending out a few 5 gallon pales of Alpet at no charge to hold us over until we received our order. When Sol finally decided to go to work, he told Jinette not to do any of the things that she had promised and that he would take care of it. Sol barely spoke in our one conversation, sounding either drunk or on drugs, and simply said he would look into it. I have not heard from him since and he refuses to take our phone calls. I have tried repeatedly to speak with people at the company, requesting this be brought to the attention of the highest employees there, though I have been told that Jinette and Sol are it. I spoke with Tony, the A/P head there on Thursday, who also said she would contact me back and would send 5 gallon pails to us at no charge as a hold-over until our drum arrived. Further, Tony also discovered that the reason that we had not received our repeatedly requested product due to the fact that Medex was over their credit limit with the company that manufactures the sanitizer. Tony said repeatedly that they do not owe us anything to make up for the fact that this order was placed 20 days ago and that she can either cancel the order and refund our money or we can wait to receive it. This is unacceptable and simply not the way anyone should do business.Desired Settlement: What we would like to have happen is to have the promises that were made by the company honored. I would simply like them to be held accountable for their poor response and poor customer service skills and to be contacted by the management, not Sol, Jinette, or Tony.

Review: Online advertising claimed free shipping with no exclusions. Purchase was completed with no problems. The following day, I received a call from a company representative who demanded $400 for a crate in order to ship and "complete" the purchase. This is after I had made the purchase, my credit card had been charged, and an invoice was created. While the company did agree to reverse the charges, I felt that this was a "bait and switch" tactic.Desired Settlement: The company (www.medexsupply.com) should send the items I purchased as originally agreed free of shipping charges.

At this time, I have been contacted by Medexsupply.com regarding complaint ID [redacted]. This was after I wrote to them several times. They finally answered one email.They promised to credit my account. This is the second time they have made this promise. They have not kept their promise and NO refund has ben received as of this morning.I have asked my credit card company to act on my behalf and help get my money back. I have several emails from this company saying order is cancelled and I will receive a credit. They are not being honest with customers. They have also not responded to your contact. I think potential customers need be aware. They promise free shipping, charge your account, then ask 400 dollars for shipping and cancel the order. To make matters worse, they then keep all the money. I have to believe this is against the law! Sincerely,[redacted]
