I made my appointment on line just as they said ...they said my appointment was at 730 am... then got email saying arrive at 715 which I did...they had seen me in July of 2016...still had to fill out paperwork...gave the receptionist.. credit card, id, and insurance...filled out gave back...then received another message to arrive at 715 which I was sitting in waiting room...I was checked in before 730... got another email saying check in which I had...even signed sign sheet as proof ..heard girl say when I responded to your email..saying sign in online was a waste of time...apparently somebody contacted her and comment was made it will be even longer... you guys are rude...finally got in room at 838 sat there till 927 ...got out at 932...your service is terrible...checking in online was a waste of time...and your receptionist...is anything but fair and caring...I will probably never go back over two hour wait time...come on why waste people's time saying go online and register and arrive at such I time...I did ...you didn't keep to any of your times...
