I have been working with Medfirst for couple weeks nowsince I have receive multiple pieces of equipment i.e Rental scooter and purchase hospital bed My order was taken by medfirst representative The rep was courteous and very prompt in returning my call The rep Kevin sent the rehab Specialist The gentlemen came to my home and took his time and fitted me into the power chair Also explain all instructions on how to use the bed properly Medfirst home care took there time and also had no problem providing my discount I would highly recommend this company to any one who is looking to get out standing service

I have had the pleasure of working with Medfirst Homecare several times over the past months as I was in need of their assistance with parts and repair services I am very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of Edwin and his staff My requests were address promptly and completely The service and parts expenses were more than fair and the quality of work was excellent
I look forward to the next time I am in need of the services offered by Medfirst Homecare as I know I can rely on them for professional, prompt attention

This is a contractor for *** * ***They received parts 11/11/told me they hadn't11/*** said they were receivedScheduled for 11/serviceConfirmed11/get voicemail overbooked no technicians11/were supposed to send someone but need a "supervisor" approvalAfter making numerous calls (never receiving a call back), I found out around 4pm no one would be comingThey said would come TuesdayI have almost zero confidence they will comeBed has made noise for over weeks

I contacted the agency to fix m my motorized Pride Wheelchair They had fixed it previously and were recommended by the parent company as reputable by the parent
company They fixed my chair several times and did a fair ok job I recently called them ,
They sent Manny who is excellent and he said I needed new motors and batteries The
motors were covered under warranty and I gave him the credit card for the batteriesWe
are in the process of researching the billsWe keep calling him he says the motors are on back order and that he had the batteries there Now he is saying I never paid for the batteries Unfortunately I paid the earlier bill in cash it was $and we can't find that receipt I think these people are fakes They never delivered the motor, batteries or wheelchair They kept giving different excuses the cash was given on 09/22/and they were supposed to deliver within the following week I am totally handicapped and cannot do without the chair

Response: Thank you for updating me on the complaint. I'd like to provide a recap of what occurred. I personally called Mr. [redacted] and apologized for the back and forth calls and missed appointment. There was a lot of back and forth between my office, [redacted] and the customer. After speaking with Mr [redacted] we both agreed on an appointment for 11/22/16 between 12pm-2pm. On 11/22/16 at 11:50am we called Mr. [redacted] and advised him the technician was on his way. The technician successfully repaired Mr. [redacted] adjustable bed. We have not received any further call from Mr. [redacted]; please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
