I can not say enough about the professionalism and excellent service at Medfirst Homecare. I am a School District administrator and have a very busy schedule, I needed some medical equipment fairly quickly for my mother who had surgery. She needed a hospital bed and wheelchair after unexpected surgery. I called Medfirst Homecare and from the minute the gentleman answered the phone I felt at ease. I spoke with Kevin Pizarro who facilitated my order and he was able to accommodate my mother's needs the very same day. The technician came to my house and set up a hospital bed for my mom. He instructed my family and I on how to use the bed. As you can imagine my mother's unexpected surgery has put much stress on my family, however, Medfirst Homecare has alleviated much of the stress by sending a qualified specialist, Mr. Edwin Pizarro to my house to evaluate my mom for the proper equipment. I would highly recommend Medfirst Homecare to anyone in need of medical equipment, they are professional and most important caring!

I have been working with Medfirst for couple weeks now. since I have receive multiple pieces of equipment . i.e Rental scooter and purchase hospital bed . My order was taken by medfirst representative . The rep was courteous and very prompt in returning my call . The rep Kevin sent the rehab Specialist . The gentlemen came to my home and took his time and fitted me into the power chair . Also explain all instructions on how to use the bed properly .

Medfirst home care took there time and also had no problem providing my discount.
I would highly recommend this company to any one who is looking to get out standing service .

I contacted the agency to fix m my motorized Pride Wheelchair They had fixed it previously and were recommended by the parent company as reputable by the parent
company. They fixed my chair several times and did a fair ok job. I recently called them ,
They sent Manny who is excellent and he said I needed new motors and batteries . The
motors were covered under warranty and I gave him the credit card for the batteries. We
are in the process of researching the bills. We keep calling him he says the motors are on back order and that he had the batteries there. Now he is saying I never paid for the batteries. Unfortunately I paid the earlier bill in cash it was $95 and we can't find that receipt. I think these people are fakes. They never delivered the motor, batteries or wheelchair. They kept giving different excuses. the cash was given on 09/22/2017 and they were supposed to deliver within the following week I am totally handicapped and cannot do without the chair.
