This company is ran like a make shift Burger King tried to bill me for transportation and threatened collection activities against me.!! Spoke with Sherry a poor supervisor that had an attitude and talked down to me like I was beneath her.!! Finally Trinity community center took responsibility for my bill and when I ask for a invoice with a zero balance in my name she advised me as soon as Trinity pays the bill I will be off the hook.!! How am I still on the hook for a bill that is no longer my responsibility.!? Would not recommend this transportation service to a dying possum laying on the side of the road.!! I also believe that a change in management should be done.!! I believe that Sherry is unfit unqualified and uneducated to be supervising a group of people.!! I will be filing complaints with the Revdex.com and Attorney General.!!

This transport service was contacted by a long term nursing facility (Heartland) to take my spouse to a doctor appt. scheduled 2 weeks in advance. pickup was to be around 9am for a 10am doctor appt. When they had not picked up by 9:55, they were called and they responded by saying "we are running 5 mins late".. 15 mins later they picked up my spouse and delivered him to the apt 20 mins late. Their window of 60 mins. did not allow for pickup and delivery within the time frame and made the physician's office reschedule in order to accommodate spouse. Will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. If I was being billed for this trip, I would refuse to pay the bill!

I received notice from Medfleet, Inc on 15 April 2016 - they state that I have an amount due ($78.25) for services rendered on 11 Feb 2016. In addition, they state that two requests (invoices) for payment have previously been sent to me. I have NOT received any such notices. I am insulted when I receive "dun" notices such as this one. Especially so, when I was treated in the same manner in April of 2015. At this time, Medfleet (unable, for reasons unknown to me) did not furnish me with invoices for services rendered then. The problem was turned over to a collection agency ([redacted]) . Still another threatening letter. I will not honor a request for payment via the letter just received. Medfleet may send me a proper invoice for those services in February.
