first her complaint was floor mats only
I did clean the mats by my self then she ask for refund
I told her its not fair to get refundyour mats very clean
the paint wasn't our

This was not the way to conduct business A refund should have been immediately offered as the mats were being cleaned properly; this would have been proper customer service For a busy car wash making thousands of dollars per day, a $refund would not have hurt I did not recieve the service I paid for, this was an inferior job The staff tried to cover up their mistake and the *** did not have a pleasant attitude This is completely unacceptable This event occurred exactly as I stated with terrible interpersonal skills, therefore, I would like a full cash refund.

Review: I visited this car wash and paid for a Full Service car wash along with an additional fee for the cleaning of the front driver side and passenger side rubber mats. After paying and upon receipt of my vehicle I was hounded for a tip as I discovered yellow paint on the floor and all over the 'washed mats'. Several parts of my car were clearly untouched by an associate, were filthy, and I needed to point them out to the workers. The workers had turned my mats upside down to clearly cover up the mess they had made. I questioned the person in charge of my car and the person in charge of all the cleaned vehicles and they both continuously told me it would get cleaned and they did not clean it; instead, they went onto other cars. I approached the cashier who directed me to the owner as I asked for a refund for the additional mat cleaning fee. The owner blatantly told me "YOU ARE NOT GETTING A REFUND!" So instead he took my mats and ran all over the car wash attempting to clean them. As he worked his way to the passenger side mat he took a towel and wiped all of the paint chips into my car and attempted to say that was 'clean' slamming my car door shut. I opened the car door and said that this was unacceptable and it wasn't until then that he took the mat out, when to the back, cleaned it properly, threw it back in my car and slammed my door shut again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the car wash and additional mat cleaning fee.

Review: Went there to wash my car requested the $12 doller wash and my credit card reflected $18.44 I will dispute this with the c/c as wellnot because of the money but because the guy drying the car and ignored request to dry the car and I left when I check the credit card charges a few days later ,. I get charged more then I should have ,this is not right,weather its $4 or 50cents ..and the end it all adds up I dont have money to spare now of days.Desired Settlement: charge back the diffrence to my card.
