Review: I purchased 2010 mustang from [redacted] Within my warranty period, I had problems with my seat. I first complained on 3/17/14, my complaint is documented by both facilities. [redacted] tried to repair this lumbar problem on 3/17/14 and 5/30/14. When they felt that they couldn't do more they authorized Medford Ford to diagnose and repair my seat problem. Medford first had my car in for this problem on June 23,2014 invoice [redacted] and on

July 01,2014 invoice [redacted], fuse blows when using lumbar. After having my car for 20 days they replaced a fuse and seat assembly. On August 11,2014 invoice [redacted], they tried again to repair the same problem. This time they replaced a harness. On April 27,2015 the car was taken back to Medford for the exact same concern, my lumbar and a fuse, invoice [redacted]. Now they state this is an unrelated problem, when all of my receipts state the same concern, lumbar and fuse. I spoke to [redacted] (Medford) and [redacted] ([redacted]) formally [redacted] with [redacted] at [redacted] and neither of them will effectively engage in why my seat still has the same issue before either place touched it. The total miles driven since this repair is 4017 miles. This repairing was insubordinate, it was to place a bandaid on a bigger problem.Desired Settlement: To replace the lumbar motor in my drivers side seat..
