We are in receipt of the
recent complaint filed by *** *** of *** *** ***s. In the complaint Mr*** is stating that a
partial phone confirmation was used to place an advertisement in the ***/
*** Plains, WI HomePages directory.
Mr*** alleges that in the same conversation he then declined the
advertising after recording the full confirmation. As the Customer Care Manager at *** Marketing & Publishing, I take every customer complaint seriously and
attempt to resolve all complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner
We take special pride in
providing our customers with excellent service, and work closely with them to
ensure that any issues regarding their advertising are resolved in an amicable
manner
On
5/25/our Customer Care Manager spoke to Mr*** via phone. Mr*** had returned his call, and the
Customer Care Manager stated that he had audited Mr*** advertising
account and advised that we would be adjusting the outstanding balance on
***/ *** Plains, WI HomePages directory. Our Customer Care Manager further advised
that we would cancel his upcoming advertising on the ***/ *** ***, WI
HomePages directory. Mr*** agreed
to this action to resolve his concerns and thanked our Customer Care Manager
for reaching out to resolve his account
