Greetings, ? This individual was days late on their monthly payment for a storage unit.? ? He had by that time been sent two letters regarding being late.? ? We agreed to waive $ of the late fee but not the balance.? ? ? ? Typically in the storage business customers are upset when they are locked off of the property due to lack of payment.? ? ? ? The few? calls I receive from upset tenants they universally? state my manager was rude and promised them something.? This is what customers typically say when they don’t get what they want.? ? In this case to waive fees.? ? ? ? ? ? ? It always starts with the customer not paying their rent.? ? ? Something totally in their control.? ? As the owner my phone number is posted in the office and I make myself availabe tenant inquiries.? ? ? ? The tenant paid his bill and the issue has been resolved
