These folks were quite pleasant and helpful when I had to rent a 5L portable oxygen tank for my husband for a car trip.I did have to go back once as the charger they gave me did not work, but they gave me a new oneAfter three hours into our trip, the new car charger light which operates the machine in the car turned off and the Freestyle machine used its own battery, which only lasted for minutesLuckily we had rented an extra battery which took us another minutesThen we had to switch between our portable tanks, our smaller portable and this machine when it intermittently workedHair-raising at highway speeds! Anyway, we were able to make it to OhioI had my car checked, and there was nothing wrong with the electrical output .However, we couldn't risk going back with the same machine so I called about shipping it, and to let them know what happenedNO OFFER OF HELP WITH THE SHIPPING (COST ME OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS AS THEY SAID TO COVER IT I WOULD HAVE TO INSURE IT FOR THE RETAIL, NOT WHOLESALE PRICE)NO OFFER OF REBATE OR PARTIAL REBATE ON THE RENTAL PRICEBut they did say they were sorry
