Hello,I recently filed the above-referenced complaint with the Revdex.com. I notified the owner of the complaint and he has now resolved the issue. He has closed our account and is not demanding that the business pay $and is not sending any bills to collections (which is what we asked for). While it is unfortunate that it took us filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to get our issue resolved (as we tried on our own for many months), now that it has resolved we would like to close the process and/or remove the complaint.Please advise.
