I have two final visits from a prepaid package that I purchased that I have not been able to schedule.I have left voice messages, text and two emails trying to contact the West Hartford Mediweightloss business I have not been able to get through to anyone to answer the phone, their phone goes to voice mail and indicates to leave a message or send a text I have done both but no one responds.I would like a refund of the final two visits or someone to actually schedule the appointmentsIt has now been two weeks and I have not been able to purchase food or obtain a prescription and have put on weight due to the business not providing their service.I have purchased plans with them for over months and thought they would want my continued business.Would someone please fix this issue?

Hello On XXXXXXX I had a New Patient appt for consult blood work EKG and metabolic rate test at Medi-Weightloss Clinic *** *** *** Highway *** *** I was told there was one fee that covered all those services They submitted a claim to my insurance *** But since I had not met my deductible yet I paid the clinic and they submitted a claim to *** under the provider name *** *** Aetna applied this claim to my deductibleA couple of weeks ago I received a bill from a hospital in *** that I have never been to *** *** Hospital sent me a bill for for laboratory services The statement was datd and indicated a payment from Aetna was receivedSo I called my insurance and discovered that this hospital submitted a bill for blood work totaling and were paid for blood work done in ** at Medi-Weight LossThe fee I paid was supposed to cover these services I called Medi-Weight L
