[redacted] is a client.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] has not entirely explained our business relationship accurately, as services are still in the post-production phase and ongoing as I...

write.Allow me to elaborate. 1. Indeed, the original concert footage filmed did not, as Mr. [redacted] states, "turn out as expected." But not because of Media 41. Mr. [redacted] disappointment is in how he dressed and appeared onstage. (He had water "stains" on his sweater and has a receding hairline and only complained of these two facts). My company cannot, astalented as we are, fix this. I would suggest Mr. [redacted] 1. start drinking water with a straw before a performance and 2. purchase a toupée.2. Mr. [redacted] and I do not have a contractual agreement. Mr. [redacted] has been informed that there is no official deadline, but that footage shot a second time, at a secondvenue and at no cost to him, would be provided to him gradually over time, in the coming weeks, as work flow permits. In my last email correspondence to him (May 9th),I informed him that his 20 DVDs will be shipped this week. 3. Mr. [redacted] was informed at the start of our relationship that content, provided by Media 41 and him, would be needed in order to launch a website. As content is still being created in post-production, the new website cannot exist until this phase has been completed. Again, there is no contractual agreement. For this or any other services, i.e., promotion or agent management.What we have here is a case of a customer not satisfied with the speed or pace at which videos are being created and delivered, uploaded to the Internet and final DVD authoring. Mr. [redacted] is very impatient, but at the same time has made his complete satisfaction known with every video piece delivered to date.
