This customer sold us books that were water damaged and in overall very poor condition All books must be in at least good condition to qualify for purchase with our book buyback program This is clearly stated in our buyback program The books have been returned to the customer
They advertise that they have a book, collect the money and then say they don't have it and keep the money However, they have the same book available if I want to pay moreThey don't give the money back!!!
