Received your complaint to the Better...

Business Bureau and was surprised that I could not find any email that you sent to us about this complaint. Anyway, since Mycke (the person that processed your sell order) will not be back till the 25th of October, we will go ahead and take care of this problem. According to your letter to Revdex.com that you were not paid for $23.80. I will mail you that check tomorrow since Mycke is not here to verify what happened to the items you mentioned that you were paid for.
We appreciate your business in the past but regret to tell you that Media Exchange will no longer want to buy from you or any of your associates.

Money owed was finally paid just as the Revdex.com resolution date approached. Company's agent sent a ridiculous e-mail about the situation, only to then realize that I was correct and she did apologize and was polite from then on.
Fraud is clearly a way of doing business for this company, based on comments on a wide variety of Internet forums. I will not be dealing with them ever again.

This shipment was returned to the customer. We are not able to buy these items.

I want the items of order [redacted] returned that were not paid for. I never received a detailed description of which articles were paid for and which were in "substandard condition". only the items for order [redacted] were returned but not those of order [redacted].

The only package I received in dec was of order [redacted] for four dvds that sent free of charge of four dvds sent. Earlier in oct 2015, I sent a package of 12 dvds, order # [redacted] of which only 7 were paid and 5 were not returned or paid. I am requested that those five dvds be returned free of charge to me, since I paid for shipping charges to send that package for a quote that had pricing errors as indicated by company mx123.
