What they responded was all lies! Nothing was damaged. They never sent a check (thats what they told me). And they were suppose to pick up the magazinesI was forced to ship them back on my dime if I wanted to receive any creditEvery time I call I am lied to and I have left numerous messages for the owner to call me and he NEVER has. These people are just terrible

2 Things were reported to me : 1- returns were received late and damaged , so package was set aside for special handling , customer was not properly identified until he called and then account match was done. 2- refund was returned undelivered as addressed , so the computer was showing payment as...

done , unfortunately no one paid attention to the returned enveloppe. -A check replacement was issued on the [redacted] of Sep when we realized that the previous one was not cashed. -customer should receive his refund any time soon.

THEY DID NOT TELL YOU ON 2/**/16 THEY PICKED UP MAGAZINES VALUED AT $140 AND REFUSES TO PICK UP SINCE THEN MAGAZINES VALUED AT $77. THEY OWE ME $218.THEY ANSWERED MY COMPLAINT ONLY PARTIALLY,DID NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THESE RETURNS.THEY STILL OWE ME $218 AND REFUSE TO PICK UP MAGAZINES I PURCHASED FROM THEM FOR $140 WHICH THEIR DRIVER PICKED UP ON 2/** AND $77 FOR MAGAZINES AT MY NEWSSTAND. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND DESERVE AN FFF RATING.THEY STOP DELIVERY WHEN THEY OWE YOU MONEY AND ARE NOT TRUTHFUL.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAGAZINE CO--THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I WANT MY $218 THEY OWE ME AND THEY KNOW IT. Review: We were a customer for many years and all of a sudden the deliveries stopped with no warning. They never picked up all of the magazines that were in stock that we were owed credit for (over $800.00) and made us mail them back to them at our expense. It has been months and I am still waiting for the money that is owed to us. Every time I call I am put on hold only to be told "3 more weeks" until I see my chech they owe us. Needless to say, it still has not arrived. Very dissapointing. I am wondering if we will ever get our money back.Desired Settlement: I just want the money that is owed to us. We are a non-profit.

Review: I am filing this complaint on behalf of [redacted] {as an [redacted] against Media Marketing Research INC. MMR Company was suppling weakly&monthly magazines for the last 8-9 years and picking up magazines returns regularly weakly.TWO months ago they suddenly. stopped magazines delivery without any notice. I called 43 times to pick up unsold magazines but they are showing dictatorial attitude and do not want to pick up their magazines.THEY OWE US about $800 in magazines returns.They were sending us magazines which we have never ordered just to collect the money from us.many titles they were sending which we never sold even a single copyDesired Settlement: I just want them to pay us our $800 which we have paid over the time and pick up their magazines.as mentioned earlier I have called them 43 times and have requested them to pick up their magazines.Their intentions are very much clear, They do not want to pick up their magazines returns{as they were doing }to avoid back payments.
