Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] is semi-retired so he is not in the office on a regular basisThe person in charge of our advertising is Mr [redacted] - NOT Mr [redacted] ***We keep copies of all signed documents for advertisements and one has not been provided for this companyAfter thoroughly researching this company, we have discovered that it is related to two other similar companies - Blueprint Publishing and County Connection MarketingAll of our local advertisements go through LOCAL representatives who physically come into our officeWe have tried numerous times to reach "Media Print Solutions" via phone but it goes to a voicemailNo documentation of proof has been provided for this advertisement nor is it one that has ever been published in this area [redacted] has been in business since and has been participating in the same local advertisements for years - most relate to our local schools and activity/sports programsAfter seeing that a dozen other consumers/businesses have encountered the same issue, I am confident that is charging Regards, [redacted]

After reviewing the recording of sales call we have $out the invoice due to sales rep not following policyThere was no confirmation given by customer giving permission to run asThis employee has been terminatedWe apologize for this bill being produced and have implemented new policy in regards to verification of new salesThank you [redacted]

Our Sales team spoke with a Mr [redacted] in regards to the advertisement ordered, he is the person who gave the authorization to run [redacted] Ad on the Products orderWe print, advertisement on multiple products that are distributed through numerous distribution points in counties throughout the United States, so the publications do existMS [redacted] statement that it does not , is incorrect.The Invoice [redacted] was just paid on 1/29/AS stated we will start production once payment is received , and will be shipped to weeks afterthis item has already been printed and is being shipped out on 2/13/Also our phone number is clear and located on the upper right side of the Invoice under questions

The invoice has been $out, and the salesmen was informed of this complaint from the customer and advised that the customer has been placed on our " DO NOT CALL" list. Thank you*** ***

While I have not received any voice mails from a *** Hoffman and clearly we got an invoice from them that led to the complaint (and is attached) it does not surprise me they would say they have no record of itI will accept the response and assume they will not target us for this billing scheme in the future since obviously we are aware of how such schemes work. I only hope others don't fall for this invoice and hope they pay type scheme in the future. Customer has been put on our Do not call list, and the sales rep has been advised that the customer does not want this Advertisement Product. I have $out the invoice and there is no open invoices for this customer. Thank you. *** ***

I have contacted the sales rep and advised them of Customers complaintI also have cancelled the invoice, the customer hasa $balanceAlso I have put this info in our system and put this customer on our internal DO NOT CALL LIST. Thank you*** ***/Owner

Our 1st contact with this customer was on 9/4/17 in which he agreed to advertisement. We billed and sent invoice which was paid. We contacted the customer again on 01/08/18 in which he agreed to advertisement again this time on a different product, we never re'c payment for that, then a sales rep...

contacted them again on 3-6-18 I which they should not have due to outstanding Invoice owed, but customer agreed again to do advertising. We have (2) outstanding invoice to date, that have been completed on our end. The customer was shipd his (2) community guides on 3/27 the Bulk was distributed by distributors. Customer does not distribute there own guides. We do that for them. I checked our phone records & show no calls to or from customer on stated dates.We often get confused with another larger company in Arlington and get lots of complaints due to that company.I have added customer to our do not call list.

I researched this sale and show an advertisement sales sheet was turned in for invoicing, however there was no verification form with it from our verifying department showing an authorization given. I have deleted the invoice and the sales rep has been reprimanded for not following procedures of...
