I am renovated a house and decided to purchase a bathroom vanity from Miller Surplus in Wilkes BarreAfter picking out what I wanted on 5/27/2017, I paid for the itemAt no point was I told this item had to be ordered but they indicated that it was not it stock and that it would be delivered within to daysOn the 10th business day, I called to find out what the status of my orderThe employees at this location appeared to be confused, dazed and overly incompetentThey indicated that the vanity was left of the truck and that it would be delivered with the following week's orderI again called on the following Thursday only to be met with the same result, the employee named Al indicating that it would be on the truck the following weekThe next week came and I again spoke with AlHe indicated that there was a paperwork issue and that it had to be re-orderedThe weeks came and went with weekly follow-up’s with this business only to be met with the same response that it would be on next week's truckFinally after over months of waiting, the vanity came inI spoke with Al regarding having this item discountedHe directed me toward Justin Miller with the company's corporate headquarters located in Schuykill Haven Pa(570-385-3811)After approximately calls to try and reach Justin, I explained the situation where he proceeded to just hang upI decided to pick up the vanity and try to work out a resolution after the factOnce I get the vanity home, I realize that there is a manufacture defect in the bowl of the sinkI again try to call Justin and leave voice mails however, he is avoiding my callsI decided to call the incompetent people in their wilkes barre location to try and resolve the issueAfter explaining the situation with Al, he bluntly asks me "why are you giving us such a hard time" Al proceeded to say he would order a new top however, he is not sure when it would be shippedI asked if it would be shipped directly to my house, he said NOI asked what the follorder number was so that I would have a reference for my records, he said he does not have oneI asked if this could be expedited, he said noI have no idea if this top is going to be delivered, no estimated time of arrival and no help from this pathetic companyI will be giving Justin and Al weeks and if I do not hear anything, I will be filing a civil lawsuit at the county courthouseI have phone records, voice mails and receipts to substantiate my case
