If he would have stopped by to talk to me he would have found out what the problem was and instead of driving on by and first trip we did not know that they was a problem until it had set for two months and then when it was restart ed that's when it was found that it needed reprimed and they was a trip in between there that was not charged because it was a cracked fit default fitting

I will install new pump Parts and Labor would be $I will discount to $$of of labor installed must be paid upon completion.Thanks

Will there be any warranty? Will they stand behind their work? Could you please contact them to clarify what they intend to do before I decide to accept or decline their resolution?Regards, [redacted] ***

My response to the last message from Clearwater Plumbing and Pump Service did NOT mention any proposed action to resolve the originalcomplaint because the owner of the company has NEVER offered any proposed action to resolve the complaint. The first payment of $311.58was made on 08/13/by credit card over the phone, but how could we approve another payment when he had not been out to look at the pumpat that time. He had not fixed the original problem and that is why he was called to come out again and he said he would not come look at the pumpuntil he received payment of first billHe did not wait TWO WEEKS after sending additional bill AS HE STATED IN HIS RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT-- MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT-- shows that he charged $on 08/18/17. This date is only FIVE days after returning on08/13/to look at the pump again! He knew that the pump should have been replaced before looking at it again, does he think its for a pump to work only two days? I am definitely NOT satisfied with the outcome of this complaint because I still do not have a working pump! As I said already, the owner of Clearwater Plumbing and Pump Services has NOT offered any proposed actions to take care of this problem. Regards,

Yes there's a three year warranty on pump and it will be new parts to install the pump will stand behind any work we do but not on the old system parts has frozen too many times thanks

The spring pump should have been replaced after his first visit to repair it.  He knew it needed to be replaced yet all he did was make the water work for a short time (2days) requiring his returns to get water flowing. The first bill was necessary to determine the cause and repair of pump.  I don't agree that the other bill was justified because the pump should have been replaced instead of just temporarily repaired and in use for only 2 days before it was not working again.

I have done work for this customer for a few years off and on they paid good first time then second time it took 6 months to pay then this time it was two months after we worked on spring pump,not well pump it is a jet pump that they let freeze and busted water lines to pump I sent a man up and...

had him to repair pump it and it was running when he left this was the bill for right at $300.00 that was not paid until they called me two months later and said they had no water. So I told them that I was not coming back up there until I received payment so he had his business manager call me and paid, I also told her if it was something that we didn't do I would have to charge them more. So I went up there and was working on pump an as I was working on it I saw customer slowing down to come in drive I went in to prime pump and got it going and came out to talk to them and they was gone just drove on by so I left note that pump had a slow leak out bottom and that it needed replaced.I sent a bill to him and waited two weeks tried to call and no response so I went ahead and charged his card like I told his business manager I would do I do try to satisify the customer to the best of my ability.
