Fake Domain renewal.Mediacatch is accepting my money to renew my domain but then let it expire and I am left with no website and email.I renewed my domain registered with Mediacatch, but then it expired anyway. In my panel on their website says expired in spite of the fact that I have an invoice from them that says I paid my renewal. Website is down and business email too. No one ever answer my ticket or my phone cals, that are ending just on an automated answering machine.Thinking was just a glitch of their system and in need of my email and web again I paied the invoice a second time and same thing happened..At this point my website is down and my mail does not work, mail where all my clients contact me.Mediacatch is taking customers money and not delivering the service they pay for, not answering emails or phone calls. To me this seems like a fraudDesired SettlementI want Mediacatch to renew my domain and let me access it so I can transfer to another host and forget about them.Final Consumer Response Few days after submitting my complaint, Mediacatch probably after receiving your notification, refunded the money paid in excess and reactivated my domain, never got in contact or any apology

Unable to connect in any form to my server.I have been unable to connect to my server via normal means, and have left several support tickets with no response. It seems as though the owner has decided not to provide the services paid for.I have sent test emails to my sites emails, and have had them bounced back.Desired SettlementI want access to my server so I can migrate my data from the server to my back up drives. As I only have 7 months left to this billing period, I am not looking for a monetary solution, but rather data backup and integrity.

Mediacatch has ignored my technical issues since September. I called and emailed repeatedly, no response. now has suspended my account. I have been trying to reach mediacatch since September.They never pick up their phone and they only allow you to communicate via their "submit a ticket" link on their website.I submitted over 5 tickets in September and October and I have yet to hear back from them. First on September 20th my website was having a small glitch. It never got responded to. Then on October 15th I submitted a HIGH alert ticket that I needed access to the backend since at this point I wanted to use [redacted] because this was not the first time that they failed to respond to my technical issues. Again, no response. I submitted another ticket on October 18th. No response. Again on October 20th no response. I have emailed them or left them voicemails once a week since then. and Now I come to find out my account has been suspended. I am a small business and I depend on this website for my financial survival. I called and emailed and nobody is helping me resolve this. I just want to migrate to a better company with better customer service. I am left with no website and silence. Media Catch continues to collect fees from me, but will not contact me for questions I have about services. I am unable to use their services.For the past two months, I have attempted to contact Media Catch in order to transfer my website domaine to another service provider. I can not make the transfer without Media Catch providing me with a code. They will not contact me, return emails or calls. I am unable to commence business without their code.Desired SettlementI just want information.

My web server has been down for three days, and there has been no response to my phone calls or support tickets. The server supporting my website and email went down three days ago, and I have been unable to conduct business. After opening two support tickets, neither of which had any replies, I called the support line, which no one answered. I left a voicemail, no one responded. I called and emailed the parent company, FeBox, but no one responded to me there either.Desired SettlementI want them to fix the web server and refund my money for the services I am not getting. I would like to have access to my files again so that I can switch companies.

No customer service for the last 2 years.Mediacatch hosts my domain and over the last 2 years service has been no-existent. I have reached out to MediaCatch numerous times and they have failed to respond to any of my open cases, emails or calls. I am trying to move my site from them and I they are not providing me with EPP code to register my site with another vendor.
