Good Afternoon, The Customer Service Manager reviewed the customer's account and found the customer was charged a five dollar monthly modem fee from 6/1/until 2/6/One year credit had already been applied; a credit for the remaining year and months of modem charges totaling $is being applied to the account today I left a voicemail for the customer this afternoon with my contact information if there are any questionsThank you, [redacted]
