After we released this website to [redacted], completed as agreed, she did not use it for six months. Six months later, [redacted] contacted us to tell us that there was a virus on the site which we fixed, in two weeks, for free, not two months as she stated. Most companies charge for this type of service....
The site is fixed now. She posted this complaint after we fixed it. What can we do with clients like this?
