The statements made in the complaint are false and customer is not due a refund of $61.98. We have written to the customer that we would make an exception to our policy and refund her for 2 months because he was a good customer and we have sent her a check. If she has not received it we will send another check to her forwarding address. Please remove this complaint from our file.
