Complainant was actually dissatisfied with the length of time required for her disability hearing to be heldAlthough she contacted me many times by telephone, I attempted to explain that I have no control over when her disabiity hearing is scheduled, and that they are essentially taken in the order receivedComplainant has been accusatory and vulgar in her telephone communications without causeWhen she insisted I withdraw on her case, I did so, but reserved the right to file a Fee Petition with the Social Security Administration for work already done All actions I took were in accordance with our written contract, and with Social Security law and regulations I have been working in the area of disability benefits since What I did is the norm when a claimant drops a representative in favor of anotherThank you for your assistance in this [redacted]

Complainant is asking me not to hold her to a valid contract she entered into willingly I have done substantial work on her case and have no interest in waiving potential fees for work already performed in her case Filing a Fee Petition cannot be done until after her case is decided favorably She is asking me to not follow applicable guidelines by which I am legally boundAs to the harrassment issue, complainant has called me repeatedly making demands, yelling and cursing Indeed I did tell her that I am no longer her representative (although I have preserved the right to file a Fee Petition with Social Security for work already done), and that if she continues to make abusive calls to me, I will consider it harrassment and report it to the appropriate authoritiesThere will be no change in our position on these mattersI will continue to abide by all laws, rules, regulations and operating instructions as they relate to representing Social Security claimants, and I specifically ask the Revdex.com to resolve this issue in my favor Please advise me in writing of the final disposition of this complaint without merit Should you need anything further from me, I will be glad to speak with you by telephone at ###-###-####

order received. Complainant has been accusatory and vulgar in her telephone communications without cause. When she insisted I withdraw on her case, I did so, but reserved the right to file a Fee Petition with the Social Security Administration for work already done.  All actions I took were in accordance with our written contract, and with Social Security law and regulations.  I have been working in the area of disability benefits since 1976. What I did is the norm when a claimant drops a representative in favor of another. Thank you for your assistance in this.
