A complete audit and review was completedMAPS billing found that the patient changed insurance coverage times between October and February It appears the secondary insurance was not billed for several dates of service A corrected submission is being sent to this payer If an overpayment was found to be made an appropriate refund will be processed for the patient All bills are currently on hold until this resolves and the account will not go to collections We apologize for the confusion this may have caused Thank you for bringing this to our attention

After a thorough review and audit the patient is correct regarding the refundMAPS apologizes and will expedite the refund to himPlease accept our apologies for this matter
