I emailed the Revdex.com several weeks ago and have not heard back I responded to complaint [redacted] by [redacted] Please see the other email I was not able to access the video to see how to respond to the complaint In summary, she wanted her visit coded differently so she didn't need to pay for labsMy biller says I have coded it correctlyShe wants me to pay her lab BillShe says I don't return her callsHowever she has my personal cell phone and has called me many times on my cell and we have spokenI no longer work at the office where the billing took place so she should call them at this point

I would like to acknowledge the complaint placed by *** ***The patient did come in for a preventative exam on 2/However, the patient did have on going medical conditions that do require testing and each insurance company has different guidelines as to what they consider preventativeThe procedure coding was correct and out office did speak with the insurance company directly when they called us on the behalf of the patientWe did explain to the patient that it would be impossible for Dr*** *** to know each insurance policy and what they cover, It is the responsibility of the patient to know their own individual policyAlso, Dr*** is no longer affiliated with our practice effective 4/1/

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] I do not have any ongoing medical condition that required any testing. I know my insurance covers for physical check up 100%. Dr*** didn't mention to me at the time of my visit that I needed certain tests to be done because of something going onTo my knowledge she was only ordering tests that were part of the physical exam. Her leaving the practice does not mean that she is not responsible for unnecessary tests she did or didn't know that they were not part of the physical exam. She is a doctor and she should know better which tests are part of physical exam and which ones are not

I went for a physical checkup
which is 100% covered by my insuranceThe doctor ordered tests which are not part of the physical checkup and the insurance company is not willing to coverDr*** has since left the practice and she has said I should take it up with the practiceThe Practice is saying I need to take it up with the DoctorMy insurance is saying I need to take it up with the Doctor. Dr*** needs to take responsibility for ordering unnecessary tests which no one is willing to pay forThis is irresponsible and I certainly cannot pay for tests which I did not needI don't appreciate the run around I am getting from all parties involvedIt is impossible to resolve this given Dr*** stopped responding to my callsDr*** must take responsibility for the unnecessary tests she orderedAs a patient, I have no knowledge, control or input into which tests she ordered -- I am at the mercy of the DoctorThe insurance deems them unnecessary, therefore Dr*** must pay for them and she must not get away with doing this to other patients.
