It was certainly not our intent to continue sending communications to Ms [redacted] if she no longer wished to receive them.? ? We did receive Ms [redacted] ’s request to discontinue contact,? and we immediately ceased contact.? There were no further communications, except for a final letter that confirmed the end of the physician-patient relationship and providing alternative providers for care, if needed.?
