Refund not being processed June 20th I paid a bill for $I found another bill and unknowingly paid the bill again on June 23rdI've been calling for over months nowI've been told that my refund is processing and it should be sent soonI called again middle of Novand was told they only cut checks every few months and that it was scheduled to be sent out first of DecemberI called again yesterday, 1/5/17, and they said it was still processing and I should hear back from someoneI have not received an update
