Review: I came here for the first time for a routine visit. Was charged $40 for visit instead of the correct copayment of $25 (as per my insurance) I waited for over an hour to be seen, someone finally called my name and asked me what I was still doing there that I already have been seen. After convincing this person that I have not been seen, she finally lets me in to see [redacted], she spoke with me for 5 minutes did a pap exam and said she would be back, 30 minutes later someone else came in to do an ultrasound, I have no idea why. I never got the chance to go over with [redacted] on the lab work that I wanted to do, since I never saw her again. This happened beginning of December 2013 the front desk person advised me that my results would be mailed. I never received my results. I called twice in January and once in February for my results to be mailed. Still waiting for results.Desired Settlement: my result letter
