I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute

She mentioned nothing of my many, many calls to her company and hours of my time (much of it waiting on hold for one of her company's representativesto answer or waiting while they "researched" the problem) wasted in trying to resolve her company's mistakesMore than one of the USMD representativespromised to return my calls, but this rarely happenedI was also reassured that, during the dispute, the amount of $would never cause my account tobe referred for "collection," yet more than one of the company's automated calls mentioned that my account WOULD be turned over for collection, if I didnot pay the $quicklyI should have not been receiving ANY automated calls about this balance while it was in dispute. As I have previously stated, on February 9, 2015, I called to pay an invoice in the amount of $and asked if there were any other outstanding charges.A company representative indicated that there was a charge for $25.48, which would bring the amount I owed to $823.92; I did pay that balance on2/9/I suppose my mistake was not paying exactly the $listed on the invoice and waiting for another bill for the $25.48, which I would havepaid separately. On July 7, 2015, I relented and again paid the amount of $to USMDTo show their appreciation, they CONTINUED to send another bill for the$25.48, which I received on 7/13/My experience shows that this company's business office is poorly run and offers sub-par customer service. I will continue to maintain my Revdex.com complaint against USMD and may be taking other action, as necessaryThank you.Regards,

We appreciate *** ***'s observations of the billing process from the patient's perspectiveUSMD attempts to provide quality services to our patients at every point in the care delivery process
After fully reviewing the billing and collection process related to his account we have
determined:
The patient was billed for the correct amount of money
The patient has paid the correct amount of money
USMD has collected the correct amount of money
We erred in applying his final payment at the encounter level and not at the account levelThis error led to *** *** receiving an automated phone call on July 15, for an outstanding balanceWe have since provided additional training to our staff in order to avoid a similar error in the future
