At this time, I have been contacted directly by Trailer Doctor Mobile Service regarding complaint ID 12588152, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Dear sir/Ma'am, The trailer company only contacted me via txt (please see attachment) when they were notified by your office; which they informed me they would contact their lawyer if I decided to go through with this thus (have it your way) I have all messages on my phoneI explained to them respectfully the work we paid for was not performed correctly which lend to another break down and a cracked custom skeeter factory rimThey gave me a cheap used spare to get home and which I had to buy another tire for (have receipt to everything)We arrived Dec 30th and had to extend our stay until Jan 2nd and this caused my wife who is a RN and I (Military) to take off workThey promised the work was going to be done correctly and never showed up on time even after we but a hold on the Paypal funds to pay them (which we paid them)This was the only thing that seemed to get their attentionThis company was very unprofessional and on the final day the owner (Mikki) harassed us and her husband Mike tried to cause a possible physical altercation with meI have never been treated so poorly from a businessThey told us the work was warranted for year but tried to charge us extra to come back out and perform the workI fill like we should be refunded at least some of the cost because they did not complete the work on as agreed and I had to call for them to come back out three times to come back out to the site to complete the work while I respectfully stood out their and watched themI was later told by Mike that his two other workers (Jeremy and other guy) were inexperienced and did not know what they were doingWhen we finally arrived close to our location on Jan 2nd to the boat storage I couldn't not back the boat into the still because the brakes were locked up via the Pin inside the tongueI called them to let them know what was going on but they did not answer my callI only expect for the job to be done right, after all that is what I paid for Sincerely, [redacted]
