MRS is very unprofessional They called me asking for me to verify personal information which I did not because they would not identify themselves

My Mefical bill was inflatedThe insurance refused to pay, putting it on the customerFacilities were infated also Thats were you come in*** was my helperAll she did was insult me about it being my responsibilityWhen I tried to explan, "put it on your credit card." She only wanted me to pay nowI finally tried to make arrangements to make payments for $dollarsShe kept saying even if you make payment, your credit will be notified
Your sevice was NO helpI clearly understand responsibilitiesBut *** kept on insulting my options of making payments.You could haveyou should have

Strong armred telephone tactics are your business,
and it needs to be reported to Revdex.com
Your calls are recorded, I suggest to listen to it, and tell me, you would want her to talk you parents in that tone

In my humble opinion based on experience with this company there is an appearance it is very lax in its pursuit of collection funds based on accurate data We received a letter that was totally without foundation We replied and told them any additional harrassing or intimidating coummunitations would be met with appropriate action Don't know why Revdex.com gives them a good rating other that they pay their dues I would suppose

I just want to say that this is the most untrained, harassing and intimidating business I have ever dealt with, I talked with [redacted] on 4/28/15 and made a $50 payment and told her that was it, it was settled and she agreed.
Then today 6-9-15 [redacted] called, then I talked with [redacted](?) and then he went on a tangent with me about how would you feel if someone owed you x amount of dollars, um excuse me but I am one person not a corporation, then [redacted] tried to lay the pity party on me about there are sick people in that hospital, like my bill was going to close the hospital, then he wants to now if I want to talk to his supervisor and I told him no that he did not understand what I was trying to tell him, I can't set up a payment for Friday if I do not know if the money will be there to cover the payment. That was not good enough so he just hands the phone over to Ms. [redacted] (by the way she has 6 foster children), who then uses senerio threats abut what would happen if I don't pay

Rude rude rude rude......I needed help to login ...and they "connected "me numerous times to someone that was hired to insult me ..."why can't you just pay it,why can't you just give us these three pieces of info...and mind you she was not speaking in a nice friendly manner....I had just paid one debt...and asking for Balance on another ...I understand what my debt is I don't need someone throwing it my face ..instead of helping me like the front of their Web page says...
