June 22, we received notce from the bank that the funds had be received.  As a result, we have issued the payment to the customer. She was informed today that the check is in the mail.

Review: At the beginning of the year(January 2015) I filled a claim for reimbursement of mine and my two sons prescription glasses. I filled out the claim with my correct name(married name since 2011), address(moved on July, 2011), and phone number, and I sent it. They sent the claim checks on March to my single's name and my old address even though my name and address changed 5 years ago and I notify immediately my employer: Stockton Unified School District so they would change my personal information with the insurance company. Somebody living at the old address received the checks and committed forgery. Until this date June 8th, 2015 I have not received any checks from VESVision, which they told me would be sent as soon as they collected the money from the unknown person that cashed the checks.Desired Settlement: Refund of my claim which amounts $ 427.98 with my legal name [redacted].
