MFS keeps calling me over and over When I answer, they do not say anything I finally called them back and, upon confirming my information, the rep was confused because my account shows a zero balance Then why are you calling me? He, of course, could not answer why I was receiving calls I think I was more irritated at the fact that the three previous times they called, no one said anything

I've been trying for months to get this company to stop sending me statements showing a balance due that was paid on Oct 13, All documents including cancelled check has been sent at their request, yet I still get statements showing balance dueWhen I tried to call their number all I got was a series of promotional adds asking me to sign up for unwanted servicesIt was impossible to reach a representative

CarNation AUTOBUYERS is a large organization, with substantial assetsThis consumers claim that our check was "no good", is not only false, but also libelous and will likely create significant legal consequences for this consumer. This consumers payment check was stoppedIt is extremely rare
that we have to take this action, however, when we do, it is not without a solid reasonWe think long and hard before we take this action, and make every attempt to resolve any issue directly with the consumers, however in this case it was unavoidablePrior to stopping this check we reached out to the consumer multiple times in an attempt to resolve this issue, but to no availImmediately upon notice of this complaint we attempted to contact this consumer via phone, email, certified mail, and still we have not received a responseWe are required by law, to place a stop payment order on a check if any of the following conditions exist, title fraud, missing or wrong payee information, seller identification that does not match owner's name on the face of a titleThis consumer violated a material condition of this transactionThis consumer needs to respond to our multiple attempts to contact him, and appear in our office with proper ownership documentation to resolve this matter

Consumer was informed that a sticky exterior door handle is a known minor issue on Mini, and was also informed that it would be covered free of charge through the Manufacturers Warranty. Consumer insisted on a $150 payment for her trouble with the door handle. Although she was not entitled to any payment, we obliged and sent her $150.00 3. Consumer was aware that the rear bumper was very slightly misaligned due to a missing clip. Once again there were many photos of this car from every angle in the listing, and moreover, this consumer thoroughly inspected the vehicle upon delivery to here home. She informed me and the driver that was sent to deliver it to her (free of charge, for a trip that took all day) that she "loved it, and was very happy". She even sent an email indicating the same. Please see attached.4. We informed her we would be happy to replace the clip that is missing on the bumper at no charge to her. The price she was quoted for replacing the clip is absolutely ridiculous. This clip is maybe $10 for the part and .5 hour for the labor. Total cost to repair around $50.00 5. Several days prior to this complaint, consumer called me and expressed a desire to return the car because it was not comfortable for her to get in and out of.  This complaint is nothing more than a consumer attempting to change her mind on a purchase that occured over 3 months ago. There was no material mispresentation and she is not entitled to any refunds or further concessions.

 CarNation took my Ford Edge SUV  for an amount of $3150.00 and then stopped the check #[redacted] ... a few days later sold the Ford Edge and has not paid me a penny for my vehicle, this all started on Jan **, 2016 and today is Feb **, 2016

The General Manager spoke with the Complainant and reviewed the necessary repairs that needed addressed.  All repairs were completed on Friday, May 27, 2016
