procedures and policies regarding patient care are UCSD's. All the doctors, including Dr. [redacted], are employees of UCSD. Actually Mr. [redacted] should have directed his complaint to the UCSD's "we listen" line.Medical Group of North County is now a management service organization (MSO). The company does provide management services to UCSD for certain locations including the Vista site.have followed up with the Dr. [redacted] and she is scheduled to see Mr. [redacted] on Friday September 15, 2017. I am sure he will convey his complaint directly to her.If you have any additional questions or Concerns regarding this patient's care, please direct them to UCSD.
