This claim was refiled on 4/13, 6/1, 6/23 and 8/23 per the patients request each time they called. The insurance did receive the claim and denied stating timely file which is not accurate as the claim was submitted to them on time. Our billing team is currently appealing this with the insurance for...
payment. We will have the claim followed up on again and provided the necessary refund to the patient based on the insurance response.
