Medical Group (VPMG) who is the pathology group that provides professional services at Hemet Valley Medical Center (HVMC), VPMG’s invoice is a separate fee from the fee that HVMC charges, VPMG’s fee of $542.25 is for the reading/interpretation of the biopsy resulting from Mr. G[redacted]'s colonoscopy at HVMC where the $894.45 charge is coming from. Our services were processed by Mr. G[redacted]'s insurance on 8/10/2015, a copy of which can be provided upon request, and the allowable amount was applied to his deductible. This amount is the responsibility of Mr. G[redacted] to satisfy, and the amount of $161.58 that Mr. G[redacted] claims he has paid is, again, not for this same exact service that we are billing him for. This amount is therefore due, and is still owing to VPMG,

Review: I had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from my right breast (6/30/2014 and had my right arm lymph node removed on 7/14/2014). Dr. K[redacted] was given my biological material for testing. His office has refused to bill my medical insurance. I received bills for testing from several companies associated with Dr K[redacted]. Orion Rand, Clarient Diagnostic Services and Dr [redacted] MD A Professional Corp. I have submitted all bills to my insurance company. The billing issued by Orion Rand did not provide the tax ID. My insurance company rep has tried to get this information since last year (2014). The doctors office would not provide the tax ID.I have had medical insurance for 36 years I have never had a doctor refuse to provide their tax ID for filing a medical claim. The doctor referred my bill to HP Sears for collections. All billing has been paid by Blue Cross except for billing issued by Orion Rand. This bill would have been paid along time ago if only Dr. K[redacted] would have provided his tax ID. I have spoke with the rep at HP Sears he advised his company is not able to submit a claim to my insurance company. Now the bill is listed on my credit report as a collection account. Please have Dr K[redacted] provide his tax ID so that I can have my insurance company pay the bill. This I really stressing me out. I take cancer pill each day that causes side affects I am trying to stay healthy and not be a burden to any one.Desired Settlement: I would like Dr. Keefe's tax ID so that my insurance company will pay the claim. I would like the HP Sears.Dr. Keene removed from my credit report. Thank you for your time and service.

Review: On July 2, 2015 I had a Colonoscopy procedure done (falls in the preventive care screening since I'm 55 years old) Dr. Ajeet Singvhi done (3) biopsies the specimens were sent to Hemet Valley Medical Center [redacted] E. Devonshire Ave Hemet, CA 92543. The specimens were examined on July 13, 2015. My insurance Blue Shield was billed by HVMC for $894.45 they paid $732.87, I got a bill for the remained $161.58 which I paid in full. Now I'm being billed twice for the same procedure I got a bill from Orion Rand Medical Billing (Valley Pathology Medical Group) [redacted] Erringer Rd. Simi Valley, CA 93065. They are billing me $543.25 for July 2 2015. I called my insurance and they said they rejected this bill because I already paid for that procedure with HVMC.Desired Settlement: I paid my share for my procedure in full for July 2, 2015. I do not owe any more.
