I received a bill November 2nd in a statement dated 10/31/for a procedure done January 18, The balance was for $ Complaints include: 1) This was the first and only notice I received for a treatment allegedly done months earlier in January 2) The notice did not describe what treatment I received It had codes not words 3) The notice did not reference a doctor I had to work to find what doctor had done the procedue and discover what procedure was done Its on the face of it absurd in my opinion that its my problem to pay a bill when I'm noticed of the bill nearly a year late That is their problem
