I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Yes we were given the so called fix, however, when we tried to do it, we realized that because the carpet was cut on an angle, it would mean taking out some of the carpet to make it have a straight line. We have to have another installer come in and give us an estimate for fixing this problem, since the men who installed it originally wanted Ed to pay them $to fix it. To us, it should have been fixed by the original installers as they were the ones who screwed up our carpet. When this is done it was our intention to take the quote to Ed so we can get this done!

The business gave their response to Revdex.com via phone.The business stated the consumer over extended his flooring and their business was unable to match the carpet to the consumer's flooring.The business said the mistake was made on the part of the consumer when he laid his flooring and they are not going to pay to fix the consumer's mistake

[redacted] stated the consumer came to his store within the past 1 -2 weeks and was provided the materials he needed to complete his repairs.**. [redacted] said the consumer completed his own work and the matter should now be resolved.
