In response to the billing for services on 3/29/18.? We unfortunately did not bill the insurance until 5/30/as we did not have the subscriber ID in the system.? I sincerely apologize for the delay in the billing to the insurance and we have rectified the situation.? We billed the insurance electronically on 5/and they indicated they did not receive the claim when we spoke with them on 7/2/2018.? We did fax the claim over on 7/2/and hope this claim is now in processing and we anticipate they will cover the patients balance on the account.? In response to the patients concerns about her fillings that were done, we did see the patient after the fillings were done on 4/5/and adjusted her bite as while she was in the office and numb it was hard to tell if the bite felt correct.? The patient left our office in good spirits and we have not heard from her since regarding the fillings, however if they still don’t feel right or they feel rough we will be happy to see her at no charge and rectify the situation.? We sincerely apologize to any and all inconveniences this has caused our patient.? We strive as a practice to serve our patients at the highest level possible and want to make this right
